InnovaCare Health’s Mission Gets Rejuvenated

Some companies work toward their mission for so long, future generations aren’t too sure what they’re supposed to do when they come to power. It’s important that every company consistently worked toward mission avidly so that everyone knows what they’re about when generations change hands.

Coming up with a mission statement is one of the most important part of developing a business plan. The company’s mission is what people will look at when deciding to work with that company. Unfortunately, current economic trends encouraged some companies to use their mission statement like an advertisement. Those companies rarely accomplish the official mission.

A company’s mission should be the foundation on which that company is founded. InnovaCare Health’s mission is to redefine today’s complex healthcare management environment. It’s no secret that healthcare is a much-debated subject in politics, but who’s really fighting for common people? The answer: InnovaCare Health Solutions, LLC. See, camarapr.org.

For InnovaCare Health, there’s nothing to argue; people need quality medical care. While cost is an important aspect of healthcare, the quality of medical care is what actually saves people’s lives. If people aren’t getting the best care, it doesn’t matter how much it cost.

That’s why InnovaCare Health wanted Dr. Richard Shinto to lead the company. He started his career as an internist and pulmonologist with his own practice in Southern California. Before that, he completed his medical practice at the State University of New York, Stony Brook. After establishing his practice, he started working with prestigious medical companies.

One of those companies was Aveta Inc., which he served as CEO at until its sale. He also worked at MedPartners, Cal Optima Health Plan, and NAMM, California, serving in high-ranking positions at all of them. Dr. Shinto also writes articles and essays about clinical studies, many of which have been published.

Along with Dr. Rick Shinto, InnovaCare Health also brought back Penelope Kokkinides. Penelope used to serves as COO but left when she decided to join another company. In 2015, she rejoined InnovaCare as their new Chief Administrative Officer. Since then, she’s been an invaluable member of the team.

Like Dr. Shinto, Penelope Kokkinides also has over 20 years of experience in the managed care industry. She specializes in working with government programs, developing clinical programs, and improving efficiencies. Read more on businesswire.com.
